have had three gum grafts with three different periodontists. Dr. Hager's gum graft was the least troublesome and easier tolerated. I am pleased with the procedure, healing process, and more importantly the time spent with the explanation of why it is a necessary procedure for me. I would recommend him to friends and family for periodontal work.

Everything from beginning to end was of the highest caliber. Appointments, reminders, payment plan explanaton were all done efficiently, timely and with courtesy. Office was extremely clean, well kept and inviting. Dr. Hager was fantastic. He took the time to expain procedures and the reasoning behind different options and causes of problems and he was excellent when it came to oral surgery. The appointment times were so there was nearly no wait upon arrival. The office handled insurance billing and when my insurance refunded a portion of the already paid bill, without having to request it, the office mailed me my refund. Highly recommend Dr. Hager and his staff.

I was totally dreading this procedure, based on the same procedure approx 10 years ago. I was very nervous, Dr Hagar and his staff were amazing, extremely professional, very accommodating and empathetic. After returning home shortly after surgery, the blood clot broke loose causing extreme bleeding. I panicked, called the office, and was back in the chair with Dr. Hagar and staff, within 30 minutes. The overall experience has been very positive and would recommend Dr Hagar and team to anyone Thank you for making this experience as positive as possible, given the circumstances.
