Dr. Jacob D. Hager

Dr Hager was born and raised in the rural town of Cherokee, Oklahoma.  He began his higher education at Oklahoma State University where he was named the top male graduate of 2000, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. While at Oklahoma State, Dr Hager met his future wife, Kelly.  They were married in 2000 and now have three sons, Grant, Landon and Luke.  Dr Hager continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and graduated the top of his class in 2004.  Subsequently, he was accepted as a resident into the graduate periodontal program at OU and completed his residency in 2007.  Dr. Hager is Board Certified by the American Academy of Periodontology and devoted to the highest excellence in patient care.  He is pleased to offer Oklahoma’s referring dentists and their patients consistently superior periodontal and implant therapies.
Dr. Hager spends his spare time whit his family, enjoying the outdoors, traveling and serving as a leader for Boy Scout Troop 234 in Blanchard, OK.
